- Rental of the "Goggin's Room" and "The Barn Room" is available to both Members and Non-members.
- All Food and Beverage must be purchased through the Compass and Anchor Club.
- A deposit of 25% of the estimated total revenue is due upon signing a catering or rental
agreement with the Compass and Anchor Club to secure the event date.
- Club Members will be allowed to provide their own food items as per membership benefits.
Club Members will set up their own buffet tables and decorations with an allowance of 1 hour
prior to the event and 1 hour after event for clean up, provided the room is available at that time.
- Members who are responsible for the event are responsible for returning the room to its
former (clean) state before they leave. This includes taking down their decorations and putting
all tables back the way they were originally placed.
- For an additional charge of $ 100.00, the member responsible for the event may pay the Compass
and Anchor Club to clean up at the end of the function.
- Members that rent the dining room may also access to the member bar. However, other members are
allowed to come in to the facility and use the member bar during your event since it is the "member"
area. These members may not come in to the dining room during your event.
- All food and beverage must be purchased through the Compass and Anchor Club.
- An option to use an outside caterer will be offered at a rate of $10.00 plus 22% Service Charge
and 5% Virginia Sales Tax per person up to four (4) hours for Club Members.
- Non Club Members will be offered a package of $25.00 plus 22% service charge and 5% Virginia Sales
Tax for usage of the premises.
- The above rates will not include any food or alcoholic beverages. Please contact your Rental Agent
for complete Outside Catering Package information.
- Non Members - The rental of the our Kitchen facilities will be permitted only to Licensed and Bonded
Caterers who will be providing services to each individual event for an additional rate of $500.00 plus
22% service charge and 5% Virginia Sales Tax. Kitchen must be returned to Kitchen Manager
cleaned and free of debris after each individual event. An additional charge of $250.00 will be
charged to each individual customer for cleaning of the kitchen and trash removal.
